Cybercrimes
Any and all cybercriminal activity, including IP logging, doxxing, DDOSing, Discord raiding, illicit or predatory behavior, or any and all other cyber crimes will result in a permanent blacklist from any and all TSB-affiliated games.
Exploiting
Any and all exploits or any nature of hacking are not permitted within any TSB-affiliated games and will result in a permanent blacklist.
Filters
Bypassing filters by using another word to substitute for an otherwise filter word.
High Treason is defined as the action of betraying someone or something.
Attempting to spy for another group, circumvent authority, usurp power, using position to push another’s agenda, or the unlawful leakage of non-public information will result in a permanent blacklist.
Destroying any property of The Sith Brotherhood.
Divisional High Ranks, Sith Overseer+, and DC+ are the only ranks that may have the use of Admin.
If anyone else is found to have admin, the person who gave the admin and the person who is unauthorized to have it will be permanently barred from admin commands and will be demoted to Acolyte.
Admins are to ask permission before using admin commands on those higher ranked than them.
Any and all admin abuse is to be reported to any High Command member.
No person is allowed to attack Sith/Visitors unless they are hostile.
A Sith member may attack another Sith if:
They are defending themselves from being attacked.
Have initiated a duel with another person.
If they are in a division and are given a command to execute said person.
All members of the Brotherhood are to respect one another, regardless of rank.
No person is allowed to disrespect, make fun of, or attempt to defame any division, divisional member, or divisional overseers.
All Sith must use respectful titles to refer to those considered as High Ranks.
High Ranks constitute as anyone above the rank of Sith Overseer+
These high ranks that were defined are to be titled as: “[RANK] [NAME]”
All Sith must use respectful titles to refer to those considered high-rank.
All Sith must use the proper etiquette in greeting their masters and DC+
It is presumed that the Master informs the Apprentice to kneel upon his arrival, or whatever the Master presumes worthy of a greeting.
All Sith must Bow to DC+ and Kneel to PB+
Only Divisional Members are to Bow to only their divisional DC and no other DC member.
Visitors, Architects, The Force, and The Emperor are not required to bow or kneel for anyone
If the Master or DC does not say rise or acknowledge you within 15 seconds, Sith are allowed to rise on their own accord.
Custom Morphs:
Custom Morphs are only allowed to be worn during the following:
Main group trainings with the hosts permission.
No raid going on.
Custom Morphs may not be worn if:
There is a raid going on. Scheduled or Flash
You are attending an event and the host says no customs
You are attending anything to do with a division. Including:
Tryouts
Trainings
You are attending a HR trial.
Main group and divisional morphs MUST BE worn during Tryouts and Events.
Customs CAN ONLY BE WORN outside of Tryouts, and Events. Unless PB+ says otherwise.
The only people allowed to not wear a morph PB+ if they are wearing sith attire.
If you are in a division that has an on-duty/off-duty rule with morphs YOU MUST MAINTAIN HONOR IN BOTH.
If you fail to maintain your morph and wear it with honor for divisional members your overseer will be alerted
For non-divisional members any high-rank online can deal with it just report it with a screenshot.
Punishments can be higher depending on rank and if they refuse to fix it. For non-divisional members, your punishments can be from grammar jacks to hell jacks. For divisional members your punishment is determined by the division overseer.
All Brotherhood members are to listen and follow any and all commands given to them by a High Rank.
A Brotherhood member may disregard the command if/when
It breaks any of the laws within the IP.
Is harmful to others/yourself.
Breaks a set rule within your division.
A High Rank’s command may be overruled if someone Higher than them, or your divisional overseer, gives another command.
Force is not to be used while dueling. This includes fending off hostiles.
Hostiles who use the Force on visitors or disrupt training count as force abusers.
You may use the Force on hostiles who use it on you first. You may only use the force on them until they die.
Force may be used to kill anyone who enters a training without permission from the host.
DC+ may use the Force on people who disrespect them. This only includes ranks under them.
Powerbase+ may use the Force on non-hostiles that attack them. This only includes ranks under them.
Breaking the following rules will result in punishment. Any Force Abuser is to be reported to Powerbase+.
Sith Knight+ may obtain an Apprentice.
Sith Overseer may have one apprentice.
Sith Master - Sith Lord may have two apprentices
Darth - Dark Council may have three apprentices.
Powerbase may have four apprentices.
The emperor may have five apprentices.
The Dark Side may have AS MANY APPRENTICES AS SEE FIT.
An apprenticeship may be considered void if:
The Master of the apprenticeship disowns the apprentice.
The Master can also be forced to disown an apprentice if they are demoted from their rank.
If the Apprentice wishes to be relinquished from the apprenticeship.
The Apprentice of Master joins any division.
Grammar and Maturity are required from all the ranks above Sith Tyro.
All members of the Brotherhood are to wear their correct uniforms.
Divisional members that go off duty must wear the designated Sith uniform or anything that is Sith-like in attire.
Only Sith Master+, Divisional HRs, and DC+ may be at ease.
You may not be at ease if someone of a higher rank is nearby.
All members are to not have misshapen heads or any t-shirts that obstruct the uniform.
In order to spectate a training, you must get permission from the host to spectate.
Dark Council+ are always allowed to spectate.
Sith are not allowed on the mats unless they are dueling somebody.
In order to join any division you must be the rank of Acolyte
Divisional members are to follow the command of their Overseers and HRs.
No other Sith member/Divisional Overseer/Dark Councilor besides Powerbase+ may command another division.
Sith are only allowed to be in one division.
Divisional Discharge:
Honorable Discharge:
Served in the division for more than two weeks
Demonstrated meritorious service in the division
Sith that are Honorably Discharged are free to join another division whenever they wish no wait time.
General Discharge:
Served in the division for two weeks
Sith that are given a General Discharge are free to join another division after 2 days have passed.
Dishonorable Discharge:
Left before the two-week commitment/purged from the division
Sith that are Dishonorably Discharged will be barred from joining any divisions for three weeks and blacklisted from the division permanently.
Inquisitors, Dark Honor Guards, and Imperial Intelligence are exempt from the Conflict against Sith/Visitors law.
No one will interfere in the duties of Imperial Intelligence, Dark Honor Guards, or Inquisitors.
All High Ranks must show maturity, competence, and diligence within their rank and duty.
No High Ranks are allowed to malinger in their duties without facing the consequences.
Malinger is defined as feigning ill to escape any and all duties.
Inactivity notices posted back to back will result in a form of investigation.
If the person in question is found to be faking their inactivity notices, they will be permanently barred from any High Ranks within the Brotherhood until they are deemed ready enough to accept such title again.
No High Ranks should promote bias or reward any form of bribery or personal gain.
Bribery is defined as the acceptance or solicitation of any value (money, in-game currency, ranks) in exchange for something else.
Any High Rank found to commit bribery will be permanently barred from any High Ranks within the Brotherhood until they are deemed ready enough to accept such title again.
Bias is defined as inclination or prejudice for or against one person or a group.
No High Ranks should use any abusive commands in any game affiliated with The Sith Brotherhood.
Only Powerbase+ may permit the usage of certain commands.

No High Ranks, divisional or main, should leak any information, intentional or unintentional, that is regarded within the HR Communications in the discord.
All Sith Overseer+ are not allowed to use the cuffs to get an edge or speed boost.
Any person found to do this will be permanently removed from their spot as an HR until deemed ready enough to accept the title again.
All Sith Overseer+ are not allowed to arrest others without valid reasons.
Dark Council+ & Divisional Members are not allowed to be arrested.
If found to break any laws, report to their Overseers or High Command.
Imperial Intelligence are allowed to arrest divisional members and members of the Dark Council.
Cuff Times
3 Minutes:
Entering the Training hall when locked, when warned for the third time.
Grotthu-Acolyte, stepping in the Dark Council room.
Failing to hide admin commands, when warned for the third time.
5 Minutes:
Entering divisional rooms without permission.
Apprentice-Knight Stepping in the Dark Council room.
Refusing to morph.
Switching to Hostile team without permission.
Team Killing.
Random Killing.
10 Minutes:
Overseer-Lord Stepping in the Dark Council room.
Visitor Raiding.
Killing Visitors.
Mass trolling.
Keeping Divisional members from doing their duties.
15 Minutes:
Darth stepping in the Dark Council room.
Spawn killing.
Force Abuse.
Mass TK.
No members that are a part of the group should be on the hostile team.
Sith may go on the hostile team during a practice raid that is either hosted or given permission by a DC+ to start one.
No Sith are to go into any of these rooms for any reason:
Divisional Rooms
Inquisitors and Imperial Intelligence may go into these rooms if enforcing the law on an individual.
The Imperial Intelligence Room is OFF LIMITS to anyone not a part of II, The Powerbase, or Darth Jadus.
This includes but is not limited to:
Glitching your camera through.
Glitching your way in.
Using an alt to gain access to the II comms.
Dark Council Chambers
Those who are cleared to enter with the permission of the Dark Council may go in.
Those who are apprenticed to a Dark Council may go into the chambers if and only if their Master is in the room as well.
Hostile Spawn
A Kaggath is an ancient rite of the Sith in which those can elevate their status if they believe another Sith is incompetent or not fit for their position.
The minimum rank to Kaggath, a Sith member, is Acolyte+.
Sith may Kaggath up to those three ranks above them to swap ranks.
This rule does not apply to divisional kaggaths.
In the case of someone challenging an HR, the person doing the Kaggath must show:
Legitimate Reason for the Kaggath
Legitimate Reasons include:
Inactivity without notice
Constant breakage of the Sith Imperial Policy
Failure to uphold their duties, etc.
A relatively clean track record
This applies to both Discord and affiliated games.
If the record shows that a punishment was inflicted a minimum of 3 months ago, they will not count towards the track record.
Competence and ability to uphold duty as an HR
Only the Dark Council may Kaggath any Powerbase Positions
All parties of a Kaggath must agree to the terms of the others.
If the other party does not uphold the agreement, they will forfeit their position automatically and will be given to the other party.
The terms of the Kaggaths must be reasonable.
Divisional laws are not to be held against anyone outside of the division. Any divisional member found doing so will be given a strike.
Strike 1 is a demotion in the division.
Strike 2 is removed from that division.
Strike 3 is blacklisted from all divisions.
Any form of glitching in the game will be recorded and punished.
Each time will be 100 GJs
3 times will be a demotion
5 times will be a ban.
Finding or exploiting any loopholes is considered unlawful. If you come across any loopholes, message The Hand, The Wrath, The Voice, The Emperor, or The Dark Side, and they will handle it accordingly.
